College basketball coaches’ departures ‘disturbing’ (USA Today)

The mid-season departures this week by Southeastern Conference men’s basketball coaches Dennis Felton of Georgia and Mark Gottfried of Alabama left other league coaches alarmed by their abruptness. The exits by Felton on Thursday and Gottfried on Monday could be a prelude to the revolving door coaches will use at season’s end.
